By using RevCrank you agree to these terms. RevCrank is provided free by Ribanix Labs.
Ride safely
Riding is dangerous. RevCrank is an aid, not a safety system: crash detection and SOS can fail or give false alarms, maps and routes can be wrong, and weather can change. You are responsible for how you ride, for obeying the law and for wearing proper protective gear. Do not operate the phone while moving; use voice and the hold-to-finish controls.
Your account and content
You may use the app without an account. For the Community you must be at least 16, give truthful sign-in details, and keep your account secure. You own what you post; you give us permission to store and show it to other riders in the Community. You are responsible for it.
Rules
Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, post spam, illegal, hateful or sexual content, share another person's private information, or encourage dangerous riding. We may hide content and suspend accounts that break the rules.
Group rides and events
Events are organised by riders, not by Ribanix Labs. We do not vet hosts or riders and are not a party to any ride. Join only rides you are comfortable with and ride within your ability.
Donations
Support is optional, goes to Ribanix Labs, unlocks nothing and is not refundable by us.
Availability and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Ribanix Labs is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from use of the app or from rides organised through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will say so in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
