RevCrankPrivacy Policy
RevCrank is a free motorcycle ride app made by Ribanix Labs. This policy explains what the app does with your information in plain words. The short version: your rides, bikes, emergency contacts and Medical ID stay on your phone unless you choose to share them, there are no ads, and we do not sell data.
What stays on your phone
Rides and GPS tracks, bikes and service logs, fuel and charging logs, documents, emergency contacts, Medical ID and settings are stored on your device. You can back them up to a file yourself. Deleting the app deletes them.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Location
Location is used to record your rides (including in the background while a ride is recording, with a visible notification), to show you on the map, for weather where you are, for SOS, and, only if you choose, to drop a meeting pin for a ride you host. Precise location is never posted to the Community: recaps share totals only.
Your choices and rights
- Use the app without an account. An account is needed only to host or join Community rides, chat and post.
- Turn crash reports off in Settings, Data and about.
- Edit your profile or delete your account any time in the app (Community, Me, Delete my account), or see how to delete your account. Deleting removes your profile and everything you posted.
- Block or report any rider or post. See the Community Guidelines.
- If you live in India (DPDP Act 2023), the European Union or the UK (GDPR), you can ask us to access, correct or erase your data. We will respond within 30 days.
Retention
Group ride positions are live-only and not kept. Community content stays until you delete it or your account. Crash reports are deleted after 30 days. Server logs from our providers follow their own short retention.
Children
RevCrank is for riders who are legally allowed to ride and use the Community from age 16. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children.
Security
Traffic uses HTTPS. Community data is protected by database access rules so riders can change only their own content. No system is perfectly secure; keep your phone locked and your sign-in email safe.
